A device consisting of a hopper to which a water supply under pressure is connected. Sacks of cement are opened and dumped one at a time into the hopper. The high-pressure water is jetted through the lower part of the hopper, mixing with the dry cement to form a slurry for pumping downhole to cement the casing in a well or for a squeeze job.
